Lantman's employee mask policy has been amended. Employees are no longer required to wear masks at this time.

Lantman’s strives to provide an environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable in our store. This is a colossal task given the circumstance. As we know, the coronavirus is ever present in our lives and very recently Lantman’s Market has been affected by that presence. Lantman’s commitment to the health and safety of our customers and employees is of the highest concern. Therefore, by our own volition, Lantman’s will be closing today, Sunday August 8, 2021 at 6:00pm and will plan to reopen Monday, August 16, 2021. This was an extremely difficult decision as so many of our customers rely on Lantman’s Market for their grocery needs. However, given the circumstances we truly believe it is the right course of action.

Per direction from the CDC and the State of Vermont, Lantman's requires the wearing of face coverings for customers not fully vaccinated to shop inside our store.
Lantman's is offering an "early shopping hour" from 7:00am - 8:00am for individuals who prefer to shop when there is likely fewer customers in the store. Regular store hours are: Monday - Sunday 8am - 8pm.

State of Vermont Face-Covering Mandate
states:
"Businesses and other entities
may also post signage
explaining the mask requirements and
can deny entry or service
to people who do not wear a mask."
Lantman's Market currently requires the wearing of a face-covering for customers who choose to shop inside the store.
Signage is clearly posted on and near all entrances of Lantman's Market clearly stating that face coverings are required to enter the store.
For those customers who have difficulties wearing a mask, a face shield may be a good alternative if the customer would like to shop inside our store. For the safety of all Lantman's customers and employees, it is essential and required that all customers choosing to shop inside our store wear either a face mask or a face shield.
Our current face covering policy is in place to provide safety to our customers and employees. Given that COVID-19 can be transmissible when an individual is asymptomatic and the fact that sufficient social distancing cannot be assuredly provided in an environment such as a grocery store, we are requiring the wearing of a face covering for those customers who choose to shop in-person inside our store abiding by the face covering policy.

Lantman's Market has "senior-citizen-only shopping hours" every Tuesday and Friday morning from 7:00 am - 9:00 am to help those most vulnerable.
On all Tuesdays and Fridays public shopping hours at Lantman's Market will begin at 10:00 am and last until our normal closing time of 8:00 pm.
